Quite happy with my faith. Been my beacon since childhood days and has never failed me even those times when the odds were heavily against me. Blessings are uncountable.

my answer is Yes.

No one could enter heaven because
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Death means one's soul will not die but will be in hell eternally.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

But, we can be saved...
Roman 10 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

We can't be saved by just good works alone because of sin.
Ephesians 2 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

John14: 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Then it should follow "if you don't believe in our religion's dogmas, then we don't have the business to enforce our religious laws to you."

alas! if only it were true...

being born into a religion but deciding not to believe in some of its dogmas, is one thing.
being forced into a religion we do not believe in from the start, is something else.
