in the meantime, having two choices does de-crowd both places.
let us enjoy it while it's there.

the new place seems to have more parking spaces, by virtue of the adjoining wide streets' unofficial parking slots.

what's the neighboring building beside it on west 6th?
it might generate considerable vehicle traffic and parking...

dami businesses sa qc nag lipat ng pwesto dahil tinataasan ng landlord

hindi po yan. that's the corner lot. fortunately, its denizens (koreans?) are not plentiful and are "not into cars".
i refer to the one going inside of west 6th, between the new mcdo and the residential house at the other corner on times st. walang signage yung construction, kasi.
