Minutes before Game Three of the NCAA Season 91 senior’s basketball finals between Letran and San Beda, the game announcer made everyone in the Mall of Asia Arena know that Manny Pacquiao is in the venue to watch.

But instead of the usual happy cheers, the Senatorial hopeful was welcomed with repeated “wag iboto!” (do not vote!) chants from the crowd.
