i have since forgotten the blow-by-blow accounts of the case.
but two things i remember:
"the supreme court justice has to be holier than the Pope."
i also remember assoc justice carpio's reply, when asked what he would have done, had he been faced with the same situation as CJC: "i would have resigned immediately."

hahaha. I've seen the light Seriously, if I viewed the Aquino family (and those associated with them) as bastions of integrity, after watching CJ Corona's trial again, not anymore. I am not anti Aquino but I see now that they are not without fault, totoong vindictive nga. Buti na lang hindi pinasara CCP, Heart Center, Lung Center and NKTI kasi Marcos project yun

I'm glad I watched it again and realized how the Aquinos did CJ Corona so much wrong

Resigning would be the easy way out pero pinandigan ni CJ appointment niya (which only reinforces that he was brave and a man of integrity) Pnoy didn't want CJ Corona because he was appointed by GMA kasi. Pero it wasn't right na sinira nila yung pagkatao to get rid of him

-Dean Eduardo de los Angeles;
-Partners of Siguion Reyna, Montecillo, Ongsiako, among others...

"Dream Team" talaga yung lineup. Giants in the legal profession.

Yun nga lang, the so called Senator "Judges" (including nincompoops like Jingoy, Lapid and Trillianes) had the outcome ready even before the "trial' started...

Yes. powerhouse and prestigious law offices talaga yung defense panel. Impressive din si Miriam Defensor Santiago and Enrile during the trial, too bad Enrile voted guilty. Sarap manood sa mga matatalino.

Nakakatawa when the prosecution lawyers were being schooled by Cuevas, MDS and JPE. Literally, they were their professors as law students.
