    No worries mate, neither of the 2 apply, coz I'm not even a registered voter. I don't see any reason to fall in line in a long lines of people just to cast their votes.

    Lahat ng tao sa pinas ay tax payers. Pag bumibili ng alak ang mga squatters, nagbabayad sila ng sin tax, vat, etc. Kung ang requirement ay dapat taxpayer, technically, lahat ay qualified to vote.

    Simple lang ang solution dyan sa problema. Majority of the middle class should start voting.

    Dapat mga buhay na SSS member na lang ang pwede bumoto. Iyan ang valid na nagbayad ng mga tax sa gobyerno.
