I think Mang Inasal's palabok is the best. It's what got me into eating palabok kasi my second Mom convinced me to try it. Yung Mang Inasal wala masyado sahog pero malasa. Yung sa Pastora, it has tons of toppings but the sauce isn't as malasa. My second Mom told me panahon pa ni mahoma yan mga palabok sa Quiapo, binilin niya sakin yan e wala naman alam sa social media second Mom ko. hehe. I guess it's these influencers that made it so popular lang.

Nung mid 2000s when blogging wasn't as popular yet, I trusted the opinion of those that I read. I guess during that time companies still haven't recognized their "power" yet so they don't get paid and all their opinion are genuine, but once blogging became popular and they started getting paid to review or get free products, nawalan na ng credibility, then it evolved na to social media like FB, IG, Youtube, Tiktok etc. Kaya hindi na din ako naniniwala sa social media pag sinabing masarap e LOL. Dapat may disclosure talaga if they are PAID or FREE yung product.

hindi kaya tayo nagkasalubong ms cathy? andyan lang ako nung Monday naggagala hanggang 12:30pm. parking lang namin sa harap ng excellente.

Yung iba kasi influencers nakiki sakay lang sa trend. Pag may nag review ng mas malaki sa kanila at sinabing masarap, others will follow, syempre hindi sa salungat sa agos, sabihin din masarap. Hanggang marami na influencers nakiki sakay.

in my opinion,
yesterdecades' word of mouth reputation was probably more accurate.
today's internet-based mass opinionation is ... more manipulable... by those who know how.

kahapon nasa city of manila ako. Yung sa juanluna going to divisoria mall yung maliit na eskinta na yan grabe pag may sidecar or vendor ang bagal ng lakad ng tao abutin 2 to 3minutes eh ang iksi lang nun

tapos sa tabora may eskinita din doon na gusto ko sana pasukin kaso napaatras na ako.

hindi ako nagsusuot ng facemask kasi outdoor naman.

magkakasakit kayo sorethroat kung may mali kayo kinain usually chocolate na meron vegetable oil. Why ??? its easily oxidized. So buy chocolate na walang mantika.
