Actually malakas ang conversion factor niya biktima lang talaga siya ng propaganda. Ang daming kwento na napaniwala silang lutang siya pero nung napanuod nila sa debate hindi naman pala. Nakikileni lugaw pero nung napanuod yung vlog with Ogie Diaz nagustuhan siya. Nung nameet in person, parang nanay daw so na convert. Yung inangkasan niyang motor sa Cavite, BBM yung mag asawang yun, naconvert.

Kaya masipag silang mangampanya hoping to reach more areas.

If there was any watchout from the turnout kanina, it was predominantly ABC pa rin, mostly middle class and up.

This reflects what I’m seeing on the ground. For example, in one distributor that I handle, the top brass are mostly kakampink, pero pagdating sa mga ahente and merchandisers, mostly BBM.

The silver lining is that while they’re BBM now, they’re conviction isn’t solid. When you drill down and ask them why, typically you get answers like, “pakiramdam ko lang, pero di pa naman ako sigurado talaga” and “malayo pa naman eleksyon, pagiisipan ko pa”.

The approach most effective for me is to put yourself in the shoes of the BBM supporter to truly understand what their concerns are, and then to make them think if BBM truly answers those concerns.

Usual concern naririnig ko when I try to convert people on the ground - “gusto ko guminhawa buhay ko at ng pamilya ko” or “gusto ko maging maganda kinabukasan ng mga anak ko”

Also very important to tackle fake news head on. For many BBM supporters, TikTok videos have equal weight with Supreme Court decisions. Surprisingly, hindi sila naniniwalang magnanakaw si BBM, pero madali iestablish na magnanakaw friends niya - GMA, Erap, etc. So that’s usually a good angle to tackle - etong mga kaibigan niyang corrupt, malamang makakalusot kung siya ang presidente.

Net net - if elections were held today, BBM will still win. But there’s so much momentum behind Leni and the small but strong base should actively reach out to those leaning BBM who are actually still very malleable (class DE especially).

BBM won't be good for the economy bro. If PDuts caused a lot of investors to shy away, more so with BBM. You of all people should know that with your background and source of income.

She isn't the most charismatic public speaker. Fortunately for her, none of the other front running presidential candidates are charismatic speakers. Isko is trying to be Obama with long pauses, but it just doesn't work. Her long speeches tend to be monotonous compared to Drunk Duterte or Pnoy who sounds like he is just "making kwento."

Di ko alam kung aware sila sa bukang bibig ni Leni na "laylayan ng lipunan" or if they know the meaning. Leni has been working for the poor even before she started politics.
