    Perjury in solemn affirmation, is committed when the declarant omits to declare material information that is required of him under oath. It is an act which infirms a public officer’s integrity and reliability, qualities that are necessarily connected with the discharge of his functions and duties.[31] In Burgos v. Aquino,[32] a court stenographer was suspended for six months for maintaining illicit relations with the complainant’s husband and for perjury in not disclosing in her personal information sheet that she had a daughter as a result of that relationship. The Court held therein that her deliberate omission to disclose her child without a valid justification makes her liable for perjury.

    this case mga sir the stenographer was found guilty of PERJURY AND MAINTAINING AN ILLICIT RELATIONSHIP... pero suspended lang sya ng 6months.... kumabit na cya may PERJURY PA pero 6 months suspended lang ang penalty nya....

    sino kaya sa mga senator-judges ang maiiyak sa tuwa (just like in the erap impeachment trial), kung ma-acquit si corona?

    mga re-electionist.... if they voted for the acquittal of cj...

    SA tingin nyo mga bossing.... ano po boto ni enrile and why? my opinion he will based he's decision on the evidence presented, and as a lawyer kung ano ang nakasaad sa batas.... acquit nya si cj... so that he will be known in history as A TRUE LAWYER JUDGE... NOT a Politician judge....

    Is this Renato C. Corona one and the same?

    raissa robles Does Renato C. Corona have a clone living in the US?

    Who is this Renato Corona found in US public records who is identified as being related to Cristina, Carla, Francis and Charina Corona and who is said to “live” in the US?

    If this is indeed CJ, does this mean Corona is a US citizen or a greencard holder? He did stay for two years (1981-1982) in the US while studying in Harvard, but this university is in Massachusetts; and not in Florida or California where the addresses linked to one Renato C. Corona are located.

    Does CJ Corona have a credit rating in the US?
