Yung yaya ng anak ko, 8 years na sa amin. Magmula nung nakaapak sa bahay namin hindi na umalis. Never nag day off. Pinipilit namin magbakasyon muna sa probinsya nila, ayaw naman.
Pero every time na mag out of town or country kami, basta kasama mga kids, kasama din sya.
Na-deny lang sa US visa, kasama din sana sya sa US.Signature

Swertihan kasi makakuha ng maayos na kasambahay. Naka 17 na palit ng yaya yung panganay ko in just 5yrs. Kaya etong last yaya, nung nakita namin na ok sya, di na namin pinabayaan. We treated her like a family member. Now she has her own room inside the house na, not in the maid's quarter. Ngayong bakasyon ang school, dito sya sa office namin tumutulong mag file. Pag may school kasi sya na nagaasikaso sa mga foods ng mga bata, and also sa pag followup sa mga assignments and other school works.

The law is not only about what the kasambahays are entitled to but also the obligations of the amo.
One of the obligations of the amo is to register with the SSS as an employer.

April 29th, 2013 06:38 PM #18I am not discriminating against kasambahays ah, yung kasama namin eh buong pamilya silang nakatira samin, I have no problem with that. I pay for their children's education, they eat what we eat, sleep on the same type of mattresses that we sleep on, part of the family in short.
This law virtually makes them regular employees, yes, just employees. But, if they are rally strict in implementing this law, siguro naman may right na tayo to do these things:
1. Singilin sila sa kinakain nila, sa opisina hindi naman libre ang kain ah.
2. Bawal manood ng tv during working hours
3. Pag day off, dapat aalis sila ng bahay at babalik nalang pagkatapos
4. Singilin ang tinutulugan nilang kwarto
I know I'm being sarcastic, pero pinipilit ng mga nasa gobyerno na gawin silang parang empleyado ng opisina diba. Yung tipong pamilya na nga halos ang turing mo, lumabag ka pa rin sa batas dahil di mo nabigyan ng "incentive leave"?

feeling maraming employer na hindi na kukuha ng mga kasambahay dahil diyan. tingin ko lang. hindi naman kasi lahat ng may kasambahay mayaman talaga. meron sakto lang. konting tipid lang para may katulong kasi walang mag-aalaga sa mga bata. ngayon ung konting higpit nila baka hndi na magkasya. so tanggalin na lang si ate and mag sakripisyo ung amo.
