ang daming mga batas but ask those people who should implement it, siguradong sila pa pasimuno na violator. like smoke-belching, non-wearing of helmet (cops wear caps), no license plates, etc.

I am for this if it gets proper implementation. But it would require gadgets including breath analyzers. Another kick-back potential for those providing these for the government.

4 bottles of beer drank in 2 hours will raise the blood alcohol level to 0.05... so pwedeng-pwede pa!

i just hope that the test-kits would be reliable and not tinkered by the enforcers.

At the end of the day, the big question is implementation. AFAIK they don't do checkpoints in other countries but rather pull over motorists who exhibit symptoms of driving drunk.
