and who will implement it once it becomes a law?
ang daming mga batas but ask those people who should implement it, siguradong sila pa pasimuno na violator. like smoke-belching, non-wearing of helmet (cops wear caps), no license plates, etc.

I am for this if it gets proper implementation. But it would require gadgets including breath analyzers. Another kick-back potential for those providing these for the government.

All for this, sana they also included private motorists who get caught to spend time behind bars... I wonder why they have to trumpet pandak's name?

I am for this law and hope it gets strictly implemented. But after reading this part...
