Asa pa tayo sa tamang implementasyon niyan. Ang mga nakaabang na dyan ay naglalaway na sa mga lagay at kikil na makukuha nila.
Marami tayong magagandang batas. Sa implementasyon palaging bagsak.

Pop Quiz for you guys. They say "There won't be any corruptees if there are no corruptors." If you were pulled over, given an alcohol test and you flunked would you:
A. Accept your fate, get the ticket, have licensed confiscated, etc. or
B. Ask the officer, "Puede bang pag-usapan natin 'to?" and settle the "fine" on the spot?

Almost all civilized countries have an anti-drunk driving law, it's about time we had our own version as well.
I'm sick and tired of watching the late news on TV showing motor accidents, 90 percent of which involves a drunken driver. Minsan ma-angas pa yung lasing na motorista, galit pa sa mga pulis at nagpipilit na umuwi na. With the law in place, you mr. drunk driver will not be arrogant to insist that you go home asap kasi wala naman syang injuries - you're going straight to jail!
