Ganun kasi ang mindset ng majority Pilipino sa election, parang pustahan sa sabong o boxing. Iboboto nila yung "malakas/mukhang mananalo", imbes na iboto yung sa tingin nila DAPAT manalo.

Basta matunog ang pangalan, sikat at maraming pera eh llamado na ang tinuturing sa kanila. We may have just seen the last of Leni or her kind. A public servant in the mold of Leni would get elected only if people changed their mindset in choosing the candidates for public office, and sadly we won't see that happening at least in our lifetime.

Sila lang daw kasi tamang standard. Yung standard na honesty and integrity hindi pwede yan. Twisting narrative, selective reasoning. Yeah, lokohin niyo sarili niyo.

Local siguro kaya pa kasi mas kunti kelangan maka-usap at mas madali pa ang campaign, both financially and logistically.

Unless talaga merong mga malalaking tao na magcombine din to fight corrrupted money eh malabo sa national level. Biruin mo TL na troll 2.5M per year ang bayad. 7 years na nilang nagagawa yan for how many trolls. It's an easy P500M for TL's of 30 people lang. Wala pa yung army mismo. Who can fund such a thing?
