How is the 13.5ton/axle load capacity computed? Does it include the weight of the vehicle itself? Kung kasama ang weight ng vehicle, for a 10-wheeler truck (2 axles), ang allowed load nya is 27 tons? So ang pwede lang i-load is 27 tons minus the weight of the vehicle?

June 15th, 2008 01:16 AM #13definitely kasama ang weight of vehicle sa per axle..Republic Act 8794, also known as the Anti-Overloading Law requires 13.5ton axle(to the max na eto tayo ang highest worldwide).. yun ang pag ka alam ko lang.. pero madalas hindi nasusunod due to to poor implementation... as a rule for 10wheeler with 20tones limit 20tons cargo ang borderline.. yung nga cement trailer 600 bags lagi per order, one bag is 40kilos so umaabot ng 24tons over ng 4tons? diba? so new ruling as of this year 450 bags lang dapat which is 18tons para inde hirap kaso walang sumusonod..

June 15th, 2008 09:21 AM #17Nope kasi yung 10-wheeler has 3-axle kaya 13.5x3= 40.5 tons less 12 tons kaya 28 tons pwede ikarga theoretically. Assuming you can load 13.5 tons sa front axle (not recommend since 2 tires lang sa harap) and if the rear tires ay center differential para equal ang weight distribution sa likod if not mas magiging mabigat ang middle axle.

Note lang just get a truck na center boogey and leaf spring ang gamit.
