I think its better if you have MTs/ATs. I for one had to change my tires from 225/75 to 30x9.5's. But its really an off-road clinic, so its ur decision if you want to try out the tracks there in Jungle Base. Basically, just enjoy the ride and company. Have you seen the JB's? check this site:

thanks, havent been there yet, will h/t tires enough for the trail going to jb? what else do i need to do to my ride(stock 97 trooper)

mikaztro::: We do meet with mutt, Wolverine, et al at Shell 0700hrs. It is fine with us if you know how to get to Total station. I merely posted Shell station for new people who isn't that much familiar with the place. Anyway the gang will regroup at Landcraft center.
trup::: Based from our previous trails, vehicles with HT tread pattern suffered sidewall cuts. You could ask notEworthy27 how his HT tire suffered the first time he went up. But some tires did get lucky enough to go home unscratched. AT is more preferred.
