    You can design it all you want but it will not result in a marketable car because no one wants to buy an electric car in the Philippines beyond the "greenies" for PR points.

    You will always come up with the problems that plaque electric cars from the start. Cost of the vehicle, driving range and practicality to fit into one's lifestyle. In the Philippines, you can add one more, lack of a decent air conditioner.
