    ocanusjr,

--why not the good ol' remodelled anfra as a variant of the PHUV?Aside from the Tsikot PHUV, MVPMAP PHUV, DPROX? Although model Z that is envisioned to replace the MVPMAP PHUV ver.1 looks very very good.

--Nasaan na yung anfra nyo ocanusjr?

--Everytime I see Anfra, corny man, pero may kurot lagi sa puso ko. It symbolizes the glory days of the Genuine local motor industry and genuine local vehicles destroyed by vested interests (Unholy alliance of vehicle importers of CBU and not manufacturers).

--Sabagay, may karma naman e.But then again its not too late. Something can still be done.

I like the first gen na Anfra more than the 2nd gen The first gen had rugged angular construction.

Yung 2nd gen parang pinilit nilang isaksak yung headlights ng mazda B2000 van tapos binilog...

Actually yan ang problem din ng supplies ng mga gawa natin, our designs are dependent on the lights, dashboards, and supplies of whatever we can get from other cars on the market.

yung PhUV nga rin, parang gusto nilang ibilog yung front but the lights they had were flat, so they came up with the strange fiberglass molding na lang.

Porsche Club of the Philippines filed a suit against Dino to pressure him in mothballing the project and destroy the moulds eventually. It appeared at that time that it was Porsche AG who was behind it... but it turned out to be fellow Pinoys...

Anyway, the moulds are with me, and they are in the safe hands of some friends.... and I am not going to disclose their whereaboouts. Making replicas on limited production volume isn't against the law. Making them on a commercial scale is. If you have a donor VW... we can build one ENZO for you.

By the way, the ENZO is not Pinoy designed... it is actually a replicated replica of the Colin Porsche Replicars from England. But, it is still the closest thing to the real one. With its light weight... it has almost the same power to weight ratio as the real thing.

It's is actually under the category of a Kit Car.

That is sooooo unfair!!! Hindi pala foreigners ang bumabanat sa atin... Mga PILIPINO RIN!

Actually, I would really really like to have one of those. Sana nga I can buy an old sira-sira beetle, then purchase a brand new beetle engine, then put on the enzo body

I hope we can get in touch when Im ready to assemble a new car

--Actually this is the reason why started the discussions about a redesigned tricycle. If somebody can come up with simple carriage (with variation: 4 seater passenger carriage; a mini closed van; a mini retail van (ice cream van?) design that can be easily attached with the motorcycle I think we can revolutionalise the crude habal-habal, tricycle and other tricycle contraptions in the country. And it might be the start of the transformation of the Pinoy transport landscape and industry.

--I saw one tricycle contraption 6 seater in Las Pinas in Moonwalk, Las PInas.

Yung makina, chassis and tires pang-jeepney talaga pero they put only one wheel in front, to evade taxes. They're using this 3 wheeler behemoth off-road up the mountain!

Yung mga tuk-tuk ng thailand are so marketed and world-famous, pero yung mga larger tricycles ng Boracay and Guimaras Islands are nice too Ang problem nga lang is that its hard to introduce changes with our crab mentality.

In one place I heard, a route was only serviced by tricycle drivers. When someone introduced a jeepney, the tricycle drivers would always throw stones at the jeepney, kaya ayun, nagstop namasada yung jeepney. If someone tries out these larger capacity tricycles sa usual routes, siguradong papatayin siya ng ibang tricycle drivers. It's really hard to introduce progress kapag ganun!

--kung ang magmamaneho ay hindi miyembro. My idea is to convince certain TODAs to embrace the idea of having a new type of tricycle without actually displacing the existing ones. parang may phases ang introduction.. And let them earn from it also.

Abay punong puno.

--I think it is feasible. But then again, I will re-check the viability by conducting again a survey.

Ibalik sana tulad ng dati...very colorful, masaya tingnan... parang fiesta lagi. Pinoy na pinoy tlaga
