Peugeot is a good car. Tough and durable as Euro cars should be. Just like any other eurocar problems...... parts. No parts available if so expensive naman.

February 1st, 2006 11:12 PM #43i really dont trust peugeot... khit na sabihin natin na they are still new to the market, the customers speak for themselves, too expensive, no parts low reliablity (according to euro markets) its really the wrong brand to bring it ... for them to compete dapt yung 206 priced as mga vios jazz then the 307 mga altis civic kasi right now mas mahal talga mga to and offering less than the japanese competitors and yn nga rin napansin ko they are not aggressive in marketing the car

February 2nd, 2006 02:10 AM #44diba the 106 is the right car to compete against the Jazz, vios, swift, gets, etc. the 206 is in the bracket which competes with the corolla and civic.

This is the All-new Peugeot 207 by the way...

lakas lang ng makina ng Peugeot... i remember how a Peugeot 306 embarassed a Honda Integra dominated race in AFOS. add to that there's a couple of Nissan Primera, Honda Civic, Accord (Euro) and Toyota Altezza on the grid too.

Iba naman ang racing. Here in the Philippines, Peugeot is stuck with its lower end motors merely to compete on price point. It might be a bad decision, business wise... If Peugeot 207's came with the 170 hp 2.0s, and the 407 would come in with the V6, maybe people would be more willing to consider them as competent Euro-competitors instead of more expensive entry-level cars.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
