Thank you for all your replies.
The homeowner's association doesn't have any clear rules, went to them a few days ago and gave conflicting advice. One said it's alright to drive around then another recommended that I refrain from driving the vehicle until I get the OR/CR so as not to invite trouble from the police or enforcers.

October 29th, 2019 10:58 AM #18if by the book and follow rules, hindi po talaga pwedeng gamitin. but if needed naman for convenience rather than commuting, and that's why you bought a car, pwede din naman, nobody will notice as long as you have the conduction plate attached on the plate area and have the papers handy in your car. just don't commit any violations and you'll be all good. if ever naman pinara ka and asked for papers or stuff, you can always alibi na kaka release lang or you just got it from the casa then papa gas mo lang cya then you're driving it home.
