whaaat? spark plugs never been replaced at 40,000 kms? imho, diba dapat every 10k ang palit ng plugs?
other things you might check:
a) radiator flush
b) brake fluid replacement
c) power steering fluid replacement
d) tire rotation/balancing/camber check
e) aircon cleaning/check
f) air filter replacement/check/cleaning
dami pa....

erap, suggestion lang...
why not bring it to honda mismo for a heavy PMS? i know it can be expensive, but it is worth it...

IMHO,
to have your car properly maintained, bring it to the casa every 10K. then you can DIY the maintenance in between.
also, check your manual. usually at 40K there is not much to do other than the normal PMS routine. oil, oil filter, air filter, coolant, battery water, brake fluid, alignment, fuel filter, spark plugs, etc
for the spark plugs, have it checked if the CR-V is already using the denso iridium plugs. AFAIK, the Cefiro and Rav4 is already using those and needs replacement only every 100K.
