Hi,

Proton owner here, mine's a Wira '99 1.6xli (M). Average consumption is 9km/liter city driving..

Hi guys, Im also an owner of Proton Wira 1995 model. Anyone of you knows where I can find a second hand tail light. I've had a hard time looking for it at Evangelista and Banawe. All they offer me is a brand new but its too expensive even if its only made from Taiwan. I.ve just had it washover and to make it complete, I want to replace both the broken tail lights. Thanks.

Alam ko nakabili ako ng head light sa may Banawe, kaso matagal na yun. Magkano bang binibigay sayong price, nagtry ka na ba maghanap online. Minsan I tried online kaso di na'ko binalikan nung dealer, baka di sila nagsiship. Ngayon I am looking for shocks, kailangan ng palitan, baka me alam kayo na mabibilan, yung mura rin lang.

my dad was given a service car na proton wira sedan 98 model, 4g15 yung engine niya. nagpalit na kami ng taillight, right side, nakabili ako dito sa may surplus shop dito sa bulacan, brandnew daw, nbili ko P1,700. im from plaridel bulacan bro. my dad doesn't use the car now kaya ako na lang gumagamit kya lang pang-dito lang kasi hindi siya registered last year e... ok naman yung proton wira pangit lang yung puwet niya. ang pinalitan lang namen dun ay yung alternator(pang 4g63 na nakalagay, ginawan lang ng arm na bago), clutch compressor, servo(sa efi 'to, bumili kami ng bago 7k,pag kabit ng mekaniko ok na ulit)

actually matipid yung proton kasi 1.5l siya tapos efi na...kaya matipid. problem with this model just like yung mga lancer itlog counterparts is kalampagin. nagpalit na kami ng shock and coil spring...surplus lang...ok pa naman...pag magpapalit kayo ng shock mga bro dalhin niyo yung sample kasi may time nun na sinabi ko sa shop shock ng lancer itlog, nung ikakabit na e hindi match.

We own Proton Wira XLi 1.6 Aeroback.

Tanong ko lang sa mga Proton owners, marami ba sa inyo kinalawang ang bubong? Yung sa amin kasi meron mga bulutong--neatly aligned sila (I think following the weld-points sa beam). Medyo nag-research ako sa internet, and apparently even sa Malaysia ganon din ang problema.

Btw, doon sa mga naghahanap ng surplus parts. Not sure, but pag nasa surplus kayo at walang Proton parts, you might want to ask about the following:

Tail Light: 1987-93 Mitsubishi Galant Hatchback (Also called Mitsubishi Eterna, Dodge or Eagle 2000GTX)

Head Light: 1992-96 Mitsubishi Colt

Di ko pa na-try ito , pero sa mga forum na nahanap ko, parang pwede sila. Eh yung mga surplasan baka di lang nila alam, they'd be too happy to sell these parts na di gumagalaw.

Bro, tanong naman kung san mo nabili yung Servo mo na 7K? kasi sa kasa ang mahal e, tapos mitsubishi pa yun. Yang servo rin matagal na problema ko e.

my son has an 98 aeroback ok naman sya lancer parts 4 disc break pero ang problem namin nyayon ay wala syang hand break sira na ang cable saan kaya ako makakabili nito tia

paps kung sa south ka marami sa cavite and paranaque or evangelista or sa banaue qc just be sure na may warranty para pag sira din nakuha mo pwede mo papalitan yung unit
