What's the best way to build credit for someone who has none?

okay naman cards ko for international use, nagamit ko na when i went abroad before.

dahan-dahanin ko na lang ang pag-build ng credit rating ko.

guys, any ideas on the bank to use for remittance to the Phils?

I would rather not use Phil credit cards as much as possible, though they are accepted. Kasi yung exchange rate will kill you. 55 pa lang ang exchange rate 56 na sa credit card. Eh kung big ticket item yari na. Cash ka na lang muna.
