I can hear this noise coming from the back seat left side (behind the driver). It sounds like I am driving over rumble strip (yung parang mini humps on SLEX). The sound only last for 2 - 3 seconds. I noticed only happens after releasing gas and going at slow speed. I recently had the front two bushings changed and I replaced the ATF hose and all fluids in the car.

My research tells me it could be worn out CV joint, broken wheel bearing or the car might need wheel alignment.

Any suggestions? I brought car to my mechanic and he did not notice any thing wrong.

    Thanks in advance!
Best thing to do is to have your car lifted sir para masilip yung ilalim. My guess is that it can be a rack end since galing sa likod yung noise but to avoid guessing kailangan i lift to see what is the worn out part na

Hi mga masters. I badly need your help.

I own a nissan exalta STA 2001 A/T. Nag overheat po sya last 02/25. Sumabog po yung radiator. I was rescued and tinapalan lang ng mekaniko lahat ng butas para makauwi lang ako. Pinalitan po yung radiator but after palitan nag overheat ulit. May pressure daw sa radiator and I need a top overhaul.

Hi good sirs, my exalta had some troublesome past. Rpm running too low when driving over an hour, namamatay pag nkatodo pihit ang manibela, grounded, nasira alternator, nmmatayan pag ngrreverse esp pag nka aircon. Overheated twice but already had it semi-overhauled. And all of those mentioned above has been fixed... or so I thought. After that traumatizing incident (overheat) never really felt comfortable using the 'ac' especially in long drives. But sometimes when the sun is burning everyone inside,i have no choice but to turn on the ac. Question : when i have my ac on, i have a feeling the engine is having a hard time.. asked some people about it but they said it's normal. I know i'm not an expert but i think having this car for over a year now and driving it almost daily.. i'm the one who knows the in and outs of my car. In other words alam ko pag may "mali". Okay.. so many months passed by.. hindi ako nmmtayan ng makina. But last week on my way to quiapo, coming from marikina (which is a mere 30-45mins with light traffic) i used the ac the whole time. When i was passing by recto station, about to take a u-turn, biglang namatayan. 100% sure water level in my radiator is at optimal level, same with the coolant reservoir. So what do you think caused the engine to stall? Is it elecricity? Faulty airconditoning electrical? Battery issues? Or heating issues? Or maybe idle got too low? Please help. (Also take note the battery im using is still the small one, non-maintenance free and all the mechanics i've talked said it's underpowered) would that have been the probable cause? Im sooo sorry for my very long post. Hope you guys have the time to read this. And thanks so much in advance! Godbless everyone!

Hi Tigra! Gudpm! I'm not an expert but I had a similar experience with my exalta (namamatay pag naka todo pihit ang manibela) and some gurus in this forum advised me to replace the power steering switch. I bought one in Evangelista for 200 and it fixed the problem.

    I hope this help

Hi thanks for reply. No problems with suspension, bearing and joints daw. Had car aligned, balanced and timing adjusted. Nawala yung sound sa likod.

My problem now is car feels sluggish/lack of power.

From 2nd gear, when my foot is heavy sa gas, it takes time for rpm to go up and shift to 3rd gear.

When I am in 3rd gear (60kph) sometimes rpm goes up from 2.5rpm to 4rpm. Parang nag neutral yng transmission.

Is this a transmission problem or is this related sa timing?

you have to bring it to a mabusising mekaniko.
the cv joint is out in front, so that's probably not it it.
the wheel bearings are a possibility. you'll have to inspect each wheel... lift the corner and spin the wheel. if you have an assistant, have him step on the brakes as each wheel is spun, and listen for (expensive) sounds..
for the suspension.. you may have to do some super sleuthing under that car.. perhaps it would be better if you have it lifted up a gas station,so's you can have a better look at the unders. shake them vigorously and see if they make loose movements..
try also the brakes. they might be sticking.
    have fun.

another possibility would be the driver's seat. maybe it is not so well-anchored..
Hi dr.d. thanks for your reply. Went to servitek sucat for alignment, balancing and timing adjustment. They checked the tires and bearings and said nothing is wrong. After the balancing etc, the sound in the back went away.

Im encountering another problem now. Car feels sluggish/lack of power.

When im on 2nd gear, it takes time for rpm to go up to 2rpm and shift to 3rd gear.

When im on 3rd gear, sometimes rpm shoots up from 2.5 to 4. Like the transmission went into neutral.

Sometimes transmission does not go into gear from p to d.

Just checked atf hose, no leaks naman. I recently changed oil and atf.

Do you think i have a transmissiok problem or is this related sa timing?

Pa check mo sir yung electrical if okay pa ba yung charging ng alternator or yung battery baka mahina na. Dun sa exalta ko dati 2sm yung battery na gamit ko.
