And this is what happens when a ZD30 goes nuclear from overboosting.
Basically the engine is a paperweight after this happens.

Ohh that's a tough one, It's pretty well hidden towards the back of the block. down by the turbo. Here are the only pics of I have of it. I know you will need to take off the drivers side tire and inner wheel well trim to access it. You will need a offset socket set or a wobble end to access the bolts. It's a bit of a pain.
This is looking at it from the bottom of the vehicle close to the turbo.
Actual EGR tube.
So how is the van running with all the new mods, should be a nice improvement over stock. Post up some pics they help everyone out.

You will want to block the one closet to the front of the engine. so in this picture the one on the left. You can also delete the whole tube and block both ends as well. Since you have to remove it to blank it I would do that and that is what most do with this engine but you don't have to.

Full view of the QD32ETI's intake manifold. If you blank the EGR you might want to disable the butterfly valve as well, so it no longer reduces flow under partial throttle. The Butterfly disable mod goes for both the ZD30 and Q32ETI engine.
This will keep the butterfly in the open position. Some valves have screws on the actual plate vs being riveted on. In this case just take out the screws and remove the plate.

Modded.
