I don't believe in having savings on low down deals as you will still have to pay the balance on higher interest rates.

Kahit no down pa yan, you will still have to pay the balance.

Take note dealers look at their customers as money. Kaya kapag pumunta ka sa casa ang makikita mo sa mata nila dollar sign at ang tunog na "kaching kaching" cash register.

Pay them in cash or 50/50 own-bank financing, ewan ko lang kung makuha mo same freebies deals.

Yep. Compute for the whole shebang to see if you really saved money. May nagpost pa dito ng 6 digit discount before. Pag nakita mo naman yung monthly doon binawi and then some. Mas mababa pa yung walang discount na bank PO.

Inquired about this to my close friend agent, their low dp has unique calculation and has a higher interest rate than the regular DP with the same bank...

better go with regular 20% DP and avail their 100k discount then go to bank which offer free chattel or insurance and with low interest rates...

RCBC offered me free insurance 1yr but lock-in for the remainig and 18% for 3years in my contract...

In 100k discount, i was able to buy accessories online worth 11,500 below:
- rain visor (9k in casa)
- rear stepsill
- front headlight and rear light cover
- spoiler (no paint)
- inner and outer door handle cover
