July 15th, 2022 11:52 AM #23ang intindi ko sa system ng nissan, yung engine acts as a GENERATOR.. wheels are driven by electric motor..
meron lang small battery pack na kakargahan nung engine generator.. it will also provide the electric power to the motor if needed

yup. its basically a Electric Vehicles with Range Extender Hybrids
so the engine runs at a very efficient RPM since it only needs to generate electricity.

Meron pa rin 12V yan tulad ng ibang electric cars. Sakit sa ulo pag namatayan ka ng 12V dahil most of the time di rin gagana ang pag unlock so pahirapan palitan to. Labo pa dahil the main batt pack does not keep the 12V charged. Separate systems sila. I hope in this instance they found a solution to that problem.

They want to isolate the very high voltage power pack from other off-the-shelf subsystems that commonly run on 12V.
Another thing is that they treat the big battery as an engine. If the car is off then relays isolate it from the rest of the system. These relays need 12V power to activate the pack when the car is turned on.
