tried it on slex. very good, very responsive unlike some old automatic transmission cars that I have had experience (altis and old sentra).

my consumption can't be valid as at least 1 and 1/2 hours were spent idling figuring out how all the stuff work especially the audio system. that makes my present consumption a horrible 2km/liter. next time na yung valid consumption.

Mine is a manual 1.6 engine. It Can hold it's own against other cars. Mabilis din naman. Dual vtc na din kasi. May sudden lurch/pull sya. Sa mga 3,500rpm ko ramdam at sa 5,500 yun isa pa.

You have a 1.6 right? Recommended RON of fuel is 95 RON if you read the manual.

I usually get 7.5km/l to 8.2k/l for 13-15kmph average speed all city driving on 95RON. You have to backread my fuel history here though. hehe!

Which brand of fuel are you using though? I have already experimented with Unioil, Shell and Seaoil. I'm going to try Petron next top up.

For your 1.6, when you used 91 RON, have you tried it uphill with 4 adults inside or with load? Any feedback? Reason I asked is when I used 91 RON and went on a ramp of Lucky Chinatown mall, engine was strained and had difficulty at the start to climb so I always used 95 RON to remove the issue. How about your experience?

I have the 1.8. ave speed around 12-15km/h. I am using Petron 91 unleaded. We were five people. No problem with uphill so far. Let us see with time.

Thats good to hear. I misremembered thouught you had 1.6 engine. hehe!
