    Buti nga sir hindi ganun yung nangyari. May dalawang malaking pasa sya both legs. Tapos hirapan daw sya lumakad. Di naman ako nireklamo tungkol dun.

    Hindi dahil sa color ng car mo ang reason kaya ka nabangga. Sabi ng MC driver bigla ka daw lumiko so that means nakita ka nya. I'm not sure how it's related to this thread about color. Ang sinasabi mo ba ay nakikita ka naman kahit black ang color ng car mo?

    Hahaha.. oo nga paps naisip ko din yun baka may problema din ang mata ko..

    Most propably kaya hindi ko sila na aninag or nakita dahil at 2pm hindi nakabukas yung ilaw nila.. .. being gray color and they under the shadow of a tree or shadow beneath skyway plus the color of the asphalt pavement black/gray atsaka yung tint ng tsikot ko.. kaya halos nag comouflage sila..

    not an excuse, it's either your tint or your eyes. have your eyes checked and if your eye sight is good then remove your tint. i have medium tint on my windshield on all my cars ever since i started driving and never had a problem with seeing a certain car color. so it's either your eye sight is good but can't adjust trough your tinted windshield or you need glasses na.

    ^ kaya ako walang tint ang windshield. yung upper part lang ang meron.

    Hindi ako sanay ng may tint kahit medium pa yan.

    Kotse ni utol naka dark tint, ang hirap mag drive pag gabi feeling ko bulag ako lalo na kung naulan pa.

    one time hindi ko kinaya kaya tinabi ko na muna.

    totoo, di lahat nakaka pag adjust pag may tint ang windshield. yung driver ko 20/20 naman ang eye sight niya pero hirap drive yung mga personal car ko kaya company car lang namin pinapa gamit ko para walang tint. pag driver driven kasi yung company car namin bawal pa tint windshield and front windows, ang pwede lang sa likod na.

    Baka naman 4 lane road to. At di mo na tinignan kung may paparating pa sa slow lane nung pinagbigyan ka ng jeep na nasa fast lane.

    Yes sir its a 4 lane road. Pero like I said, sinigurado ko po muna na cleared ako bago mag turn. Look at the damage sir nasa gitna. Kung medyo malapit sa front or sa fender yung damage baka nga ako ang may kasalanan. And look at the position of my car sir, almost na complete ko na yung turn ko bago pa sya bumangga sakin. Sabi ng investigator nag overtake yung MC to the right tapos saka sya bumangga sakin.

    overtake sa right, mali na agad ang mc driver.

    pasagot mo sa kanya participation fee at ipasok mo na sa insurance for the repairs.
