October 7th, 2013 11:29 PM #340Just to make sure we are talking the same thing, the radiator fan you are taking about is (A) the fan in front of the condenser or (B) the viscous fan at the back of the radiator. If it's A, it should not rotate or operate when A/C is OFF. If it's (B) then it will start to rotate the moment you start your engine. The rotational speed of B will vary depending on the engine temperature but it will not stop.
