hello mga sirs, i've been a member of MAC sa yahoo groups, kaso medyo nalilito pa ako sa pag babasa sa mga threads doon, meron ba doong list nung mgar threads na i open ala "tsikot" style? BTW, nagloloko na din ang MMAS nung advie namin, ours is a 2000' model SS, ayaw ng gumana nung remote kahit kakapalit ko lang ng battery, worst, nabasag pa yung housing nya...
yung pilot lamp ng alarm na nag bi-blink from red to green is permanently naka on na steady red kahit umaandar na makina at nag da drive, ano kaya problem nun? balak ko na ngang patangal ang MMAS sa advie namin at palitan na lang ng after market alarm, nakakainis din kasi ang MMAS na nag autolock pag nasarado lahat ang pinto, after patayin ang makina, nataon pa na wala ang spare key kaya naperwisyo din ako nun.
ayoko din sanag palitan yung generic alarm kasi sayang naman, if ever ba mga sirs eh may nabibiling housing lang nung remote ng MMAS? saka san ba located yung control box nya, meron kaya iyong button para mareset? tnx mga sirs and more power sa MAC!

February 6th, 2009 03:02 PM #18Carlo, hope this is not a late reply....
The red pilot light when steadily on might be that you are in "Valet" mode. Try locating the valet on/off button underneath the hood release lever. You turn on/off the valet mode when the ignition is on or when the engine is running.
About auto-locking: napro-program ang console/control box (which is directly under the steering column). MMAS OEM supplier is Winterpine sa Araneta Avenue, QC. You might want to check them out too for a remote replacement including the IC (chances are the IC is already a goner) para isang re-programming na lang ang MMAS mo.

March 16th, 2009 08:33 PM #19pls help po... just got our advie gls sport last tues and the mmas alarm palagi pong nawawala...
I posted at the thread re: adventure factory defect kanina but I saw po kasi that this thread have more recent posts than the other thread, newbie po kasi and I really need help. thanks.
