    Sa news sa tight area daw harap sa elevator entrance nag park yung suv, nahirapan daw lumabas bago biglang humarurut. Ngayon palang magbibigay ng statement yung driver.

    Doon sa video mukhang sa 16 second mark na lang umilaw yung brake lights. Kita mo doon sa reflection ng red light sa pader ng mga elevator.

    This proves that kung sua nga ang dahilan you can still stop the vehicle once you apply the brakes, makikita na naandoon na yung wooden table top sa video at di na na disturbed pa so di na sya bumangga at kaya sya nag stop dahil na apply na yung brakes.

    I've review the video many times. Never seen the tires mark if he is breaking. Meaning FOR ME it is a clear human error.
