Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie sa car (motorcycle guy ako), as in first oto ko is a 2nd hand na Mitsubishi Galant 1991 AT (4G63 engine 4 cylinder 8valves carburetor type). Good condition pa naman yung body makinis pintura, walang dents, malamig ang aircon, power steering, power window, power mirror, and engine ok din manakbo, ang problem lang ay yung transmission may tama na pero running condition nung nabili ko at naibyahe ko pa ng makati to cavite bago natuluyan yung automatic tranny. Yep I know what you're thinking (you dont need to remind me ganyan lagi ko naririnig sa misis ko)
I bought the car for 36k, and gumastos ako ng 18k for the transmission replacement and radiator repair. Im sure hindi ako nakamura but I'm decided na kelangan ko itong panindigan since sa first car nga at may sentimental value na rin sakin.

Next issues na ireresolve ko ay yung mga minor issues like:
- electrical wirings parang makalat yung wiring (gusto ko iligpit hehehe)
- hindi gumagana yung fuel gauge (not sure kung wiring or floater ng gas)
- minsan sumasablay yung power window sa driver side (minsan ok minsan hindi)
- missing yung black lining sa isang panel ng pinto yung nakapalibot na black paikot sa kotse (di ko alam ang tawag)

Question, is there a shop po ba kayo na mairerecommend sa Banawe or Evangelista na specialist when it comes to old galant like mine? Yung kaya linisin at gawing neat and fully functional yung mga wiring ng oto. Or surplus shop na sure meron silang parts na need ko.

Bestcolt has parts for mitsubishi. They also have mechanics who can work on your car. I had my timing belt replaced there before.

Sir parts shop yung Bestcolt diba? How about po yung talyer? yung tipong kaya nilang irestore into a good running car yung Galant ko.. may mairerecommend po ba kayo?
