Had my Monty's EGR blanked last week. 1k pa lang odo ko. It is one of those good value mods. Mura lang tapos maganda ang performance and financial benefit (ie. no need to clean or replace EGR-related parts).

Sir have you blanked yours? Mostly ba ng fellow tsikot had Monty blanked their egr? Is it worth it? No regrets?

i had our monty's egr blanked na just last week. it's definitely worth your money and your time. the only regeret i have is that i should have done it 30k kms ago pa

not sure the of the percentage of monty owners here have blanked the egr of their rigs na pero madami-dami na din based sa nababasa ko

if you're interested in having yours blanked/blocked, just pm sir zixx. he's very accommodating naman

anyway ano nga pla dis advantage iscase na pa blanked ako?

I have very little knowledge of engines and cars in general...

If I have the EGR blanked hindi ba magkakaroon ng "alert" sa engine? Or blanking has to go hand in hand with remapping? Sorry if I dont make sense. I just read whats out there.

for inquiries, modifications and other discussions, i suggest please post na lang where our montero model year are included. we have threads for that. just my opinion lang po para di kalat-kalat ang mga postings natin. most likely na mga questions natin maaring nasagot na dun.

maraming salamat sa info boss..i'll take note of this at mapag aralan pa ding mabuti kung mag egr blanking din nga ba ako in the immediate future. my warranty will expire March of next year anyway...but more than that i really have to be careful on the decisiion i will have to make at kailangan ding suriin ng maigi ang aking konsensya kung magkaganoon...its not always the power anyway as i believe out vgt equipped vehicles already has sufficient amount of it....cheers/

...after ang maraming oras na pagmu-muni-muni, finally taking the plunge and have a sked with zix tomorrow; fmic, cabin filter. occ, knn filter, egr blanking, sabay-sabay na para di sayang oras at mahirap magpabalik-balik...

5k palang natatakbo nung montero namin pero twice na nag "check engine" and ginagawa ng casa is change fuel filter tapos observation nanaman. Nagback read ako and hindi lang pala ako ang nagkaka problem ng ganito. May permanent fix na po ba dito? thanks
