is it normal na once inaapakan mo ang brake at half press meron tunog coming from the brake? don't know if the sound came from the front disc or sa rear brake. loud kasi ang sound and can be heard/felt inside the cabin.

yep migs, baka ilubak lang ng ilubak pag sinabi kong tuwing nalulubak :doh: but kahapon, kanina nawala naman baka kako sa lintek na deflector plate cover lang eh....lagyan ko nga ng foam sa gitna hahaha

And true enough, the shock absorbers were broken... lukily they admitted that it was a factory defect so they'd change it for me even if its a non warrantable part.

it's not the suspension i know. sounds like a vibrating glass in a frame and luckily it disappeared ... well since yesterday lang hehe might be the third row seat too because there's nothing when occupied

pag-malubak yung road..mafe-feel mo sa steering yung vibrations. - is this normal?

We have two hondas and 1 toyota. Wala naman ganun.

Mine is like that too.. grabe yun vibrations to the point na it feels like lumalaban yun steering wheel... and i thought it was always because of my rims... and then... i changed my suspension (whole other story) and all of a sudden the vibrations dissapeared. So honestly, i'm still not convinced its related, but damn it dissapeared.

sir maybe pudpod na yung brake pads or disc brake mismo... do you feel metal to metal grinding when you press the brake? have it checked at the casa, maybe its time to change pad and disc.. it happens to me * 10k kms

yes sir,,, after my suspension upgrades... less vibration less worries...

As for the brake, someone post the complain on Monteor sport PMS, the rotor head damage around 10,oookm.... i think this is bad, some thing wrong on the QC????

My steering shaft joint problem come back again...

I changed the steering joint when my monty was 700KM, but this few days, when i make the U turn, i can feel the steering joint loose again....

If i not wrong many strada friends face the same problem, also some Montero sport too...

also my engine have 2 parts rusted, which was discover by stubby.......thank you stubby.....

really hope casa can settle these problem and dont come back again....

Frankly speaking, this is the first time i own the Thailand made car,,,,,but my confident level getting lower now....

from the impression, Thai product QC level was high, really dont understand why ??????

yan din una kong napansin while papauwi galing dealer, yes as N T Y c E mentioned terrible ang laban once malulubak parang ikaw me control directly from the tires sabi ko pa nga sa sarili ko, mabuti pa yung crosswind ko hindi ganito. kasi naman nasa 50 psi ang karga nilang hangin

when i decrease it to 32 (front) and 35 (rear) ayos na! - di na masyado

i thought ganun lang talaga because it's 4X4 but as long as hindi siya kakalampag okay okay na okay lang very solid naman ang pariramdam. masama kalampag ang nararamdaman

the sound is similar to a bicycle caliper brake pad rubbing a half wet rim. i checked the front disc physically and both are smooth naman. i'm yet on my 2,300 km odo reading. i'm going to the casa tomorrow to have it checked.
