in my experience, the battery in the car from the casa lasts 1 year, at the most 2 years.
it is the subsequent battery i buy, that lasts longer. only when i buy the battery, do they pour the electrolyte in. i think the battery is as fresh as can be.

So far naman, swerte kami sa car batteries. Always at least 3 years before we need to change them. But that may also have to do with most our cars in the immediate family are driven around 10k kms per year and little to no additional/replaced accessories. Everything is stock, we don't replace headlights. The most is the horn for some cars. But that's about it.

So far good experience with claiming warranties with Motolite if we found issues with the battery they supplied. Kaya medyo nakasanayan na through Motolite, eventhough medyo nagmamahal na talaga siya compared to other brands. But I guess you could call it the price of convenience. =)

And yes, yung mga maintenance free batteries ngayon ang liit na. I guess improvements in design na din siguru. Less wasted space in the engine bay. =)

    i am confident, tatagal siya.
years before, i got the smallest battery i could find, for my old sentra.
tumagal naman, well past the warranty period.
the battery is just to start the car, kasi. once started, the alternator provides.
I heard through the casa that the xpanders alternator is already 90 amperes much bigger than the adventures 75 amps

Is it the replacement for Adventure?

My experience is quite the opposite. The fresh from the casa battery is the one that lasts the longest. The subsequent replacement ones are a hit and miss thing for me. Most times, the replacments last one, two, or three months after the warranty expires. But I just had one this week that just died on me. Worked fine on Sunday, died on Monday. After checking the records, I find out it only lasted 10 months. What the hell. Motolite quality not up to par anymore?
