this is good information. i have my eyes on the 265 70s for the additional height it will give
how about the MIS readings on average speed and fuel economy? will the new tires have an effect? although, this is really minor since those readings are only indicative not exact and for fuel economy, the manual method of computation is still the best for me

May 9th, 2011 11:02 AM #364Sir sa 20s puwede na 265 50 and for 22s naman 265 40. Best choice na po yan for our monty, since major consideration natin eh iyong heavy steering, plus economical/practical din because ang dami po nyan tire size na yan dito satin. Overall height stands pretty much the same as our oems.

Amen....
Since I'm a cheap guy, I'm leaning for the 2.5k Camera.... however, I was looking at the plate mounted camera and I kinda dont like the way it stands out, plus the cable run thats very visible, I was thinking of using a bumper mount/hole type, since we have the 2 sonar mounts at the sides, mounting the "bumper camera" would be a welcome symetry, plus no cable runs and a little hard for thieves. If you want to remove it, you can always put in a OEM plug, a non-working sonar (if you can find one) or "why remove it?" right?
Any comments?

May 9th, 2011 03:03 PM #366there is a plate light mounted camera. just another option for you.
well there are several problems..
one is about the warranty since you can buy it and installed from a third party.
second, they will removed one of your plate light (since the camera has a built-in plate LED light.)
third, you have to replaced your other plate light into LED to balance the brightness.
which will cost you more than the plate mounted camera.

May 9th, 2011 03:24 PM #368hehe ganun talaga..
but the plate light mounted camera is nicer than the plate mounted one.
nakatago ang wire, but sakit makita putulin nila ang ilang wire dun hehehe.
my friend just installed it to his fort, so i saw how they did it.
it also match sa ating monty (camera). you can also put a switch so you can view your rear even if your not backing. i dont know if possible sa hu ng monty ang switch.
btw, he replaced the oem hu of his fort into a pioneer.
