there are a number of reasons why airbags will not deploy, i.e. location of impact, strength of impact, sensor failure etc etc etc

best to know what exactly happened in this instance

i have seen pictures of jonboy's (mscp member) impact on the nlex and the airbags sure saved his life

just saw a totally wreck 2012 GTV monty this morning. in our province of Bohol. Driver in critical condition. Impact clearly seen starting on the drivers side and crumpled all the way. Problem is, i didnt see any airbags deployed. =(

airbags did deploy as per the pic you posted over at MSCP

judging from the wreck, even side curtain airbags would not have helped the driver

if only the SD card of the nav unit is easily accessible, i would do the update myself

Same is true with those updated to 1.9a. So we need to report this to inav. To everyone, please DO NOT UPDATE TO 1.9a. There is still a bug that needs to be fixed. Here is a link for 1.8a(in case you have updated)
