Try to consider driving it to Cebu.

does anyone know how to TPMS, so the sensors will read the same location and pressure after you rotate the tires??

There should be a TPMS instruction manual that came when the Strada was bought.

im from dipolog city, so from dapitan port, sakay ng barge to samboan cebu then mga 4 hours ata land trip to cebu city.
