sir i got mine from BPI at 16.9% for 3 years.. try to push for a preferred rate they can give it to you

His rate is 27.07% for 5 years = 5.414% per year
Yours is 16.9% for 3 years = 5.633%

after weeks of contemplating (including dealership visits) on lancer ex, ford focus tdci, tucson, santa fe, captiva, montero and some pickups... my wife "agreed" to purchase a strada 4x4 gls sport AT... it just took a few minutes (less than 3 minutes to be more specific) to convince her... one look and she was convinced, she did not even bother to look at the ex... of course, i was happier than she is... we immediately placed an order (red!!!)

currently, metrobank has the lowest rate among the host of banks here in baguio... the rate for five years is 27.07%... bpi and bdo can give us only 29%...

are each the following details (given by the bank) just right?
strada => P 1,305,000 with a 40,000 discount resulting to 1,265,000 (i think this is the going rate/price)
interest rate => 27.07%
chattel mortgage => P 26,202
insurance => P 32,098.50 (without act of God) --> 2.45% of 1,265,000 + tpl 1,160
lto => 9,000

Hello Sir krinkx, The current price of the Strada GLS Sport 3.2 A/T is still the same from what you have quoted. I may not be too familiar with bank rates but i hope that you will find your way with that. From what branch of Metrobank did u apply? May i know if you inquired from Mitsubishi-Motorplaza Baguio? I hang out there about once/twice a week.

your interst rate is ok. i got the sme rate for 5 years from metrobank.
chattel mortgage is way above normal. i paid only less than 10k for my CM.
insurance rate of 32k should already cover AoG. otherwise should only be around 25k.

There are some parts in the engine bay that shouldn't get wet or hit directly with water.

agree ako dito, sometimes its better to just wipe clean the engine bay then to have it washed. Had my strada engine bay washed 2 weeks ago, good thing he knew what to cover, but there was a part that went crazy, it was my power locks, i dont know how that connects to the engine, but after 2 days, it went back to normal. always make sure to cover the wirings when you have it washed so the sensors dont get wet and malfunction. but i am assuming this will be back to normal as soon as it dries out. experienced this with my civic before, the tachometer became the speedometer and some warning lights came on. after a few days, it started to normalized.

sir, sa metrobank lucban (near hotel supreme)... sa motorplaza nga yung mitsu... di muna ako magpapakita hanggang alang strada... hehe...

hope we can meet pag nakuha ko na... para maging miyembro na rin ng strada club... hehe
