More air means more comfort, right? maganda rin yung iba kaya lang masyadong extreme yung design from me. i'm looking for the more conventional spokes.

saka guys, whats your opinion on the 3% margin rule? na dapat hindi lampas 3% yung difference ng bagong tires from the stock? i mean lahat ng casa at tire stores sinasabi yon pero whats the real risk? ang pansin ko kse marami ring strada owners ang lumalampas diot. thanks again!
sir the main reason for this is that if you change the overall diameter of your wheels/tires, it could throw off your speedometer as well as your ABS.

Saw some 1 inch wheel adaptors at Trix Offroad, Kauwagan National Highway dito sa Cagayan de Oro. Didn't ask for the price though. I believe they're made of aluminum.

I think the 2010 glx manual stated 265/70r16 (30.6 inches diameter) as one of the optional tires. It's about an inch and a half bigger than the stock 205/80r16 (28.9 inches) and well over the 3% rule. But it's just an inch bigger than the stock tires (245/70r16) of the gls (2.5 4x4) and has a 3.7% difference from the 265/70r16. For me, this an acceptable compromise on looks and performance. Pulling power is still there and speed is still good. Plus you get more tire grip when cornering. 265/65r17 is good for 17 on the glx. I believe this is the stock tire size of the Montero Sport 2.5 4x2. Bawi nalang sa rim width at offset para angas tingnan ang stance.

thanks, pransis! nag iingat lang talaga ako sa safety. at syempre kasama brakes at traction don.although i'm guessing that the over all increase in the amount of rubber sticking to the road will off set this. mas malapad na eh. how about insurance? will insurance look at mods like this in general in assessing accidents? baka sabihin na out of spec ang gulong eh.

kamusta so far ang performance? saka hindi ba 7 inches ang minimum rim width ng mga 265 tires? swak pa rin siya sa stock glx rims na 6 inch wide lang? thanks!

    Nindot sad bai Leif Edward.

Di ba sya medyo blurry ang images pag mag-reverse sa gabi with the license plate light on?

Sa akin kase medyo blurry sa lakas ng ilaw ng license plate light. Na-overwhelm ang IR ng camera. Baka i-disconnect ko nalang ang right side license plate light to solve this.

BRO, warning lang. bawal yata na walang ilaw ang plate natin. takaw huli ka dyan. Di ba spyke? so ok lang na isa lang ang tanggalin mo.
