As far as I recall, 300 lang binabasa na songs ng HU. Pero after kong mai-update ang SD card, eto na nababasa nya at nai-pe play!

Mga Sir, total HU na rin yung usapan... Anybody here uses their Ipod in playing music sa ASX? Does it charge your Ipod? Sa kin kasi hindi nag chacharge yung Ipod. Minsan pag long drive nauubusan ako ng bat. I tried using the Ipod cable thru the USB cord pero hindi daw supported yung Ipod through that.

Same with me, it doesn't charge - not like with our monty AVT din pero nacha-charge naman.

Tsaka pansin ko, any 4GB Up na USB - topak na sya?

Gumagana naman sa 8gb ko, pero meron namang iba na ayaw kahit na 2gb. Pero more than 500 songs e ayaw ng basahin.

Ipad, hindi talaga nagtsa-charge.

2009 monty ko. JVC pa yung HU nung akin. Hehehe. Yun nag charge talaga yung Ipod dun sa USB cable.

Ganoon din skin ayaw mag-charge... at limitado rin ang song na kayang basahin... kakainis.

What IPod are you guys using? If these are the newer versions and most probably its not supported by AVT. There are 2 thinngs you can do, in any car audio shops you can buy an integration kit where you can both charge the Ipod and control it directly to the HU. Or the other option, there is an adapter that you can buy thru your local apple store that connects to the Ipod and the cable. Its about the size of an ID picture and allows you to charge the Ipod. This costs about 1.2K. This adaptor allows newer IPods to be charged via the USB connected to HU not supporting the OS of the Ipods or IPhones. It looks similar to this

Alpine Electronics of America, Inc.

This is made by Alpine, but there are a lot of vendors who produce this adaptor as well.

AVT HU came with ASX can control the ipod naman (charging issue lan talaga).

Our montero gls-v '11 AVT HU can charge our itouch (8th gen?), iphone 4s, and ipad2. I know it's a different model, but sana naman, na-consider nila yun charging capabilities.

May existing IPod cable na yung stock AVT ng ASX. This is the one I'm using to plug into my IPod (Will try to take a snapshot of it later

I'm just using the 2nd gen IPod Touch at 2nd Gen din na IPod Nano. Those are pretty old version of the IPod I would say (bought it 2008 pa ata). Maybe the unit is not design to charge the IPod while connected or I might be wrong.
