Although one thing I notice when I wash my car sa bahay, yung breaks is making some noise na di maganda. Parang metal to metal sound. Yung garage ko kasi medyo sloping down to the street so kailangan ko mag breaks pag palabas ako. I was thinking na baka kasi nabasa lang yung disc. After a while nawawala na e.

    Silver/fuel save/93RON is unleaded.

Regular & 90/91RON. Is the cheapest?
    (querry lang, para kasing confusing.)

:-) I meant any high end gas like v- power or blaze... Which are higher than 95... I just use any cheaper gas that's at least 95... Normally petron xcs / caltex gold... I don't go any lower than these if possible.

My ASX runs fine on 93 octane gasoline. (Caltex silver or equivalent in other brands).

    Ok bro.

    1. Where is our ASX made? Thailand or Japan or somewhere else?...Just curious :-)

    2. Im still doing good with the mileage... 7.5-8Km/L using 95 octane (XCS/Gold) all city driving... I did try using 93 octane, my mileage dropped to 7Km/L... but no noticeable difference in power.

    3. Im done with my 5K check up (I follow the 5K instead of 10K due, cant reach 10K in 6 months)... call it psychological, but I feel the car is faster!

    1. Japan made ang ASX bro.

I'm just wondering why because mine is every 10k as advised at the casa where i'm having it serviced.

After just a second mawawala na yan sound. Also, if you will notice, after nag wash ka ng car in just a few hours parang meron rust sa brake disc and that's because of oxidation. That is also one cause of sound eminating from the brakes when you first drive it after a car wash.

No idea bro. But my car's oil filter is being changed the same time as the oil change happens. If you are using synthetic oil, which i am also using, the PM schedule should always be every 10k, after the 1k PM. The oil filter is still good even after 10k as what my service technician showed to me during my last 20k PM. This is also true with other car brand because I used to own a Toyota RAV4 and a CRV and this is the same PM frequency that is being followed. But if you are not using non synthetic or mineral based oil, then the casa will requier you to have a 5k frequency PM sched.
