my 2-week old asx has a problem with its AVT unit. On radio mode, the sound only comes from the left channel. When I try using usb or cd both channels work. shall i bring this back to the dealer or straight to winterpine?

I suggest just to bring it straight to winterpine. Less wasted time.

Hello just some quick questions and observations from my ASX

    1. Where is our ASX made? Thailand or Japan or somewhere else?... If I remember it right my Grandis has a sticker of Dubai?! (like a quality control sticker) at the rear windshield? Just curious :-)

    2. Im still doing good with the mileage... 7.5-8Km/L using 95 octane (XCS/Gold) all city driving... I did try using 93 octane, my mileage dropped to 7Km/L... but no noticeable difference in power.

    3. Im done with my 5K check up (I follow the 5K instead of 10K due, cant reach 10K in 6 months)... call it psychological, but I feel the car is faster! :-)

Pretty much a happy camper with the car!

Just bring it to Winterpine. Nag ka problema din ako sa HU ko when I got it but the replaced the whole HU. They'll ask you to go to Aurora Blvd. I think that's their main office. Katabi halos nung building sa kanto ng Araneta at Aurora. They'll give you instructions naman pag dating mo Winterpine.

Ma-try nga to. I'm just using Shell Fuel Save. I thought sa mga bagong kotse wala masyadong effect yung V-Power or any premium gas. I'll give this one a shot. :D

Larry, Tintry ibaba uli yung hand breaks and pull it up harder but with the same result.

Im not after for the premium... just the cheapest 95 octane (XCS/Gold)... with my previous and current cars... I get better mileage with 95 octane... Tried and tested with Mitsubishi Grandis / Ford Focus / Nissan Sentra

And its not about having more power (I seldom notice the difference) its the mileage I get... with a full tank cycle... just my 2 cents

Wag naman sana manipis. Wala pa nga ako 3k.

Hindi ko pa naman nakakalimutan tanggalin ang hand break pag andar ko (hehehe :D).

Although one thing I notice when I wash my car sa bahay, yung breaks is making some noise na di maganda. Parang metal to metal sound. Yung garage ko kasi medyo sloping down to the street so kailangan ko mag breaks pag palabas ako. I was thinking na baka kasi nabasa lang yung disc. After a while nawawala na e.

Sama ko na rin yun pag nag pa 5k PMS ako.
