    thanks. madali lang pala mag-alis ng taba kung babaguhin ang mga kinakain, alisin ang masamang bisyo at samahan ng ehersisyo. siyempre kailangan din may motivation para ganahan.

    now back to pantalon. my 32" waist guess straight cut faded blue denim down to...[emoji85]
