So, technically, you can have *** with someone and pay him or her a fee for confidentiality and non-disclosure.
That's not compensating the person for *** which is the definition of prostitution. Rather, its to keep him or her quiet about it.

meron nga dito sa singapore pero as was mentioned before me nasa Geylang area. pero in recent years meron na din sa Joo Chiat, Tanjong Katong, and Haig Road.
mas maganda yung system sa Hong Kong, though. anywhere in the city meron mga walk-ups and pwede ka magpa home or hotel service. madali lang din mag-pick up sa Temple Street. yes, dun sa night market pag medyo observant ka sa mga ganyan bagay eh mapapansin mo yung mga girls. pero mga girls in the streets are largely illegal (as in hindi registered *** worker)
the good thing about regulating this industry is the introduction of regular checkups which benefits the workers as well as the clients.
in PH naman, prostitution is illegal because of the RCC. it's gonna be another uphill battle if another lawmaker proposes to legalize prostitution.
