does anybody know where i can buy something like this?



gagawa kasi ako ng playpen/fence for my dogs and iniisip ko kung mas ok gumamit ng ganito kesa bumili ng gawa na, medyo mahal din kasi.

although i haven't tried looking at hardware stores like ace, puro luma na yung posts regarding this product and madami nag mention na hindi na nagstock ace hardware ng ganito.

Hmm, i suspect the ff would have this, though i haven't actually seen it in stock:

actually gagawin ko talaga is parang fence na harang sa pinto, hagdan, etc. i can buy play pens pero hahatiin ko din and baka hindi pa sumakto yung sukat kasi medyo malapad per panel. at least ito kasi pwede ko i-adjust bago ko pagdugtungin.

Guys where can i buy the traditional clay palayok, yung kulay itim, here in MM? Somebody mentioned Vigan...but i have no intention of going up there ^_^

Go to a large wet market or palengke. Although the palayoks I saw before are clay red.

Yes, the palayoks are naturally red colored. I remember my lola used to burn rice hulls (ipa) and lays down the clay pot upside down over the burning heap of ipa. It's the smoke that makes it black and gives a distinct aroma on the inside part of the palayok. :-)

ano pag-gagamitan mo sir? authentic "burnay" from vigan has it's own distinct characteristics. they are most suitable for beverage/food storage purposes. some of those who sell it here in manila then claims it's a true burnay pero pininturahan lang pala ng itim.

Iba talaga lasa pag lutong palayok. When my Dad cooks sinaing na tulingan he uses a palayok.
