    Crying while driving to work.

    I don't mind not leaving this year, at least I report directly to HQ, but I just found out yesterday that they transferred me back to the Philippine org chart Now my chances of transferring to HQ are almost NIL

    Kapag mamalasin din nga naman Nagkanda lugi lugi pa kami! hay!!! I thought makakasama ko na talaga everyday boss ko na super bait

    I know. Especially at my age, it should almost be a mandatory annual deal...like the PAP Smear for ladies (which they're also offering for free).

    I guess I should "man up" (if that's an appropriate way of putting it) and go through it eventually.

    Digital Rectal Exam.
    the prostate gland is located just outside the rectum, in front of it. it is easy to insert a finger in the rectum and feel for the prostate in front. just feeling it can give the urologist valuable information on whether there is a suspicion for cancer... the procedure is painless.
    alas, many men are not man enough to have it done on them.

    Painless but uncomfortable. It is like pooping a hardened stool...but the reverse! [emoji37]
