I enjoy grocery shopping kasi even when I had work, stress reliever ko yan. Sa Mercury once a month lang. Ang mahirap since I'm jobless, I'm expected to join all family gatherings or activities na mostly seniors naman.

Once I told my Mom I'm busy and she said ano kinabu busyhan mo? [emoji23] When I'm working, no questions asked. Plus my family sa US ako taga hanap ng bilin and I need to visit our house more often pa daw (I don't like more than 30 mins travel time)

Saka iba talaga pag may corporate job in a prestigious organization.

Dentist. I had my mouth open for 1.5 hrs. Kangalay. I didn't know I had a huge cavity na pala sa molar! My dentist didn't charge me na for prophy pero laki charge for the cavity 😳 Almost half my molar. Wtf.

Went to Lipa, Batangas. Mas madali pala pumunta sa Lipa kasi pag Star tollway, when you exit city na mismo. Wala pa traffic. I like it better than Sto Tomas.

I was at BGC kanina. I walked from S&R to Crossroads to High Street and back. Katirikan ng araw and I got light headed again. I realized I have not eaten or drank anything since yesterday (more than 16 hrs na) I forgot to bring my water bottle so I asked water from Starbucks and I felt better after. Hirap talaga tumatanda, can't go out alone na

i still go out alone. no issues.

Lifestyle ko na doc IF since 2019. Although it was easy then because I'm usually at home lang naman. I noticed if I do any sort of activity while fasting mabilis ako mahilo at mapagod hehe. Normal na kasi activity ko since 2o24.

i just finished walking my dog and the evening air seems to be thick and heavy. walang kahangin -hangin tapos mainit pa. summer is definitely here.

gosh...
just noticed our house's wooden floor...
needs waxing...

problem is,
our floor polisher's shoes need replacement.
and i can't find no replacement at the mall. i thought of buying a new floor polisher, but the only ones available are those heavy-duty wilson-types...
even lazada don't seem to have 'em.
