Actually the same in other villages, i can see a lot more for rent signs as compared to pre-covid days.
Seems like the previous chinese POGO consumers has dwindled. Just look at the demand for the hi end Toyota Alphard where it was once even commanding a premium sa 2nd hand market, ngayon nag discount na yung Toyota.

    gave the dogs a bath.

tamang tama mainit ang panahon. ideal para sa kanila. kasi hindi pa nga nadadapuan ng tubig pero pag nalaman nilang bath time na nanginginig na sa lamig. galing ng anticipation!

For all the inconveniences I heard about tire pressure sensors, do we really need those? None of my cars have & I am glad.

They are the aftermarket ones I bought in Lazada. For all the tech features of the FXT, it doesn’t come stock with a tire pressure monitoring system.

Ah ok. Better than having it standard. I don’t bother to read up on it but people I know complain about having problems when they rotate & other stuff.

    like many things,
they're nice as long as they're working,
annoyances at best, big headaches at worse, if they ain't.

Im not a fan of too many driver aids. The more it has, the more that’ll break down. & I am the type who tends to keep my cars for a long time.

They should make standard the boost gauge for turbocharged vehicles. It helps to know in case you suffer some leaks which are not caught by the OBD2 sensor.
