Jog. Something I have to do regularly but, because of the physicality of my work, I can do only twice a month. Now doing it 3 to 4x a week. Gradually building up to 5k. I alternate walking with jogging. I also cut down on the delicious meals because we are rationing supplies.

Took the car out after 2 weeks na hindi nagamit. Umikot ako from arko ng Pinagbuhatan sa Pasig Mega Market hanggang PNB Kapasigan tapos pabalik. Nagwithdraw na rin ako dun ng pamalengke. Naka 2 laps rin ako. Luwag ng trapik.

Did an inventory of all the "emergency" food on hand.....

2 boxes (almost 100 packets) of instant ramen (yuk)
    30 cans of SPAM (yuk)
15 cans of corned beef (yum)
2 jumbo cans of Nestle Nido powdered milk
2 boxes of microwave Mac n Cheese
    1.5 months' worth of rice
Several bags of flour + yeast (we have a bread-making appliance)
    At least, 5 dozen eggs
5 boxes of Crystal Lights - I'm fine with tap water. But, I like juice once in a while
    120 bottles of distilled water.
Our two refrigerators plus one full-size freezer have enough beef, pork, tilapia, and shrimp to last the rest of the year.

I keep telling my wife not to buy too much bread because by the time we finish one loaf, the others may start developing mold. But, she doesn't listen. So, a lot of bread go to waste.

Wow, some inventory huh. Thumbs up for this.
You also gave me an idea storing raw mats for bread than the actual bread.

Played Path of Exile on PC. Been playong since November. Crazy addictive never ending Action RPG thats better and deeper imho than Diablo 3. Lots of analysis needed in creating the millions of combinations of characters.....

The funny part is, none of those are even coronavirus related. The wife just loves to stockpile. I told her to use up some of the ramen and canned stuff lest they expire. We're already wasteful on bread (mold) and bananas (overripe).

The eggs don't last long because they're fried, boiled, scrambled, omelet, breakfast burrito.... Plus, they're ingredients in pancakes, waffles, salads, pastries.....
