Fairly mild exercises at sun up. Started out with the usual 50 sit ups/min, 35 push ups/min, an hour of cycling, finished up with 15 minutes of ball-juggling. I didn't really start sweating until the ball-juggling part. I was drenched after that.

I feel like I'm gonna spontaneously combust. I'm not going to Arizona anymore

BTT: My widow Aunt (no children) had THE talk with me, she asked me if I had a BF. I told her none and I would rather be alone than settle, a lot of people my age are still single pa naman and marry late. She told me "We have a small family" Oh my

The Grand Canyons are 15-20 degrees F cooler than in Las Vegas with highs in the 80's F. If you want somewhat milder temperatures, that's where you should go. Better yet, head north to Lake Tahoe. If you're driving to San Francisco, Take 95 north, visit Lake Tahoe and head west from there. The area east of Lake Tahoe was my stomping grounds when I was younger.

Las Vegas weather is more like the typical weather here in southern AZ, sometimes much hotter (here). I'm used to it.

Oh. I remember visiting Las Vegas back in 1971. It was 110F at midnight. Yuk.
